I have had the benefit of Tim Daly's craftsmanship in my Littleton and Colorado Springs homes. The work includes the refinishing of old Pine and Oak floors, as well as the laying of new Oak flooring. In my current home, I asked Tim to lay new Oak in two rooms - each of which adjoined other rooms with original Oak floors. He selected Oak that matched the original so perfectly that you cannot tell where the old ends and the new begins. The quality of his work aside, we never would have done business together if he hadn't conducted business so professionally - returning calls immediately, arriving on time, and following through on what he said he would do.
